Description
3oz custom made dehydrated carefully selected Nigerian peppers for easy ayamase or designer stew. Available in plain or mixed with dry locust beans. Rehydrate pepper by soaking 1 part of pepper mix with two parts of water for at least 1hr.
Heat oil, fry chopped onion and /locust beans till fragrant, add dehydrated mix with the water, season and add protein. Fry till desired doneness.
Cook with BOJ bleached palm oil for that distinct ayamase taste!
